The trade-in system works by simply exchanging your used gear for credit towards a new bag, luggage, or accessory, while giving someone else an accessible gateway into the Db universe.

Submit your used Db gear through our quick online trade-in and we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process.
Step 2.
Ship it to us and we’ll handle the rest. The shipping’s on us, too.
Step 3.
Receive your voucher for credit towards your next purchase. Your trade-in is carefully inspected, refurbished and repaired, if necessary, before it goes into Db Resale.
What can I trade-in?
We currently accept the following Db product categories: Backpacks, Duffel Bags, Roller Bags, Sports Bags and Luggage. We do not accept accessories, tote bags, sling bags, or non-Db products.
At this time, only products released from FW22 onwards are eligible.
The value of your trade-in is based on three main factors:
- The product category
- The item’s original price
- The item’s current condition after the final assessment at our repair center
We want to keep the process as transparent as possible. Below you’ll find the typical voucher value ranges depending on the product you trade in:
- Backpacks: 300 – 500 NOK
- Luggage: Pro: 700 – 1000
- Luggage 600 – 800
- Roller Bags : 400 – 600
- Sport Bags: 400 – 600
- Duffel Bags: 250 – 350
The final voucher amount is confirmed after your item is received and assessed by our repair team. Please note: the better the condition of your item, the closer you'll be to the higher end of the range!
