Product Developer

As a Product Developer, your overall responsibility is to ensure the highest level of quality and the structured execution of all products from concept through to pre-production sample approval. Depending on your qualifications, your product area will range from bags and backpacks to apparel, hardshell suitcases and accessories. You develop outstanding tech packs and collaborate with our key suppliers to secure that production complies with our ambitious quality requirements while meeting our design intent, cost targets, and CSR standards.

Marketing and sales promotions

Your role will be to develop the Db brand through retailers, ambassadors and the press. Creating an attractive brand through partners is the fundamental value to bring with you everyday to work. Your role will be to create and implement sales and marketing promotional material in the B2B and B2C channels.

This is a high growth role, both in terms of participating in a fast growing business and also in your professional development.

Customer service and sales operations coordinator

Your role will be to represent Db with a tone of voice and commitment to the customer that matches its premium brand promise. Helping customers is the fundamental value to bring with you everyday to work. Your role will be to service US and Canadian customers in the B2B and B2C channels, and carry out sales operations and support that are the foundation of this growing business.

Order Fulfilment Manager

The Order Fulfilment Manager is responsible for order fulfillment from our Logistics Service Centers (LSC) and local warehouses to meet market and consumer requirements. He/she optimizes product availability for all commercial channels according to defined business requirements/service levels as well as inventory consumption to meet our financial targets.

A big part of this job requires consistent internal stakeholder management across various functions within B2B and B2C. This accountability covers sales order management, coordination of product/concept launch, export compliance, and management of the entire order book for all Db orders, including return, repair & customisation.

Commercial Manager - B2B

The Commercial Manager is an integral role within our global team reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer where you would mainly be responsible for developing & implementing our global commercial strategy in conjunction with market teams.

Not only would you own the B2B commercial strategy but you would also influence the B2C digital strategy as well. Developing country & account assortments as well as segmentation in line with market teams would also be part of the job.

You would further be responisble for targeting and growing new & existing accounts to bolster our B2B offering. You would also interface with marketing teams in developing omni-channel activations as well as drive forward the B2B digital offering on our newly launched retail platform powered by Shopify.

Further responsibilities would include developing go-to-market materials for local market adaptation and owning our country level product offering and managing a Junior Sales Manager.
