What items can I send in for repair?  

You can request repairs for most Db bags, packs, and luggage: both soft and hard shell. 

There may be cases where a repair isn’t possible. This could be due to the limited availability of spare parts, especially for older models, or because the repair requires tooling we don’t currently have. 

Repairs are an evolving service, and our goal is to repair as much as we can. If your item or issue can’t be fixed, we’ll let you know after the pre-assessment. 

How long does a typical repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 10–14 business days once received at our workshop. We’ll email you tracking and updates.

How do I start a repair?

Starting a repair is easy, and giving the right information is key to making it smooth. Here's how it works: 

  1. Tell us which item you want to repair. 
  2. Tell us what's wrong with your item by selecting the issue(s) from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Describe the issue in more detail using the format in our Self-Assessment Guide.  This step is required and helps us understand exactly what's going on. 
  4. Upload clear photos of your product and the issue(s), following the instructions in the Self-Assessment Guide. 

Once you’ve submitted your request: 

  • You’ll receive an instant cost estimate 
  • Our team will follow up with a pre-assessment, and then confirm or adjust the pricing 
How do repairs work?

Here’s how the process goes: 

  1. Start a repair request and describe the issue - include photos 
  2. Get an instant estimate and a follow-up from our team after pre-assessment 
  3. Approve & pay once the final price is confirmed 
  4. Receive a shipping label and send your item in 
  5. We repair your item and send it back, ready for more adventures 

 

You’ll be kept in the loop at every step. 

What kind of issues can you fix?

We cover a broad range of services across our soft and hardshell gear. You’ll be able to choose from an extensive dropdown menu during the repair request. 

Repairs generally fall into three categories: 

Functional Repairs 
Fixes that restore performance, like zippers, straps, buckles, wheels, handles, or stitching that’s come loose. 

Cosmetic Fixes 
Improvements to the item’s appearance, such as patching surface abrasions or panel reinforcements that don’t affect function but help extend product life. 

Cleaning Services 
For items with heavy dirt, odour, or contamination. These are handled under a specific cleaning option you can select during your repair request.
