We’re B Corp certified. Again.

Once makes an impression. Twice is a statement. We’re the first luggage brand to recertify under B Lab’s new standards.
B Corp is, in short, a certification for businesses trying to do business better. The whole operation gets put under the microscope. How you treat people, how you affect the planet, how you work with suppliers, how the business is run. And whether the things you say you care about actually show up in the decisions you make.

Basically, B Lab (the organization behind B Corp) looks under the hood.

And ask questions.
A lot of questions.

Is it a sustainability certification?

Sustainability is a big part of it, but B Corp looks beyond carbon footprints and materials.
It looks at the impact a business has across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers.

Think less:
“What’s this bag made from?”

More:
“What’s the company behind it made of?”

So, you’re officially one of the good guys?

Being a B Corp doesn't mean we're perfect. It doesn't mean we've solved sustainability. And it doesn't mean making bags suddenly has zero impact on the planet.

We make things. That has an impact.
We’re not achieving product recyclability yet, for example. Our packaging is recyclable. Our bags aren’t.

But B Corp certification means you've committed to measuring that impact, being accountable for it, and doing the work to improve it.

How do you get certified?

Under B Lab’s new standards, companies have to meet specific requirements across seven key areas of impact. These cover Purpose & Stakeholder Governance, Fair Work, Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI), Human Rights, Climate Action, Environmental Stewardship & Circularity, and Government Affairs & Collective Action.

Doing well in one area can’t make up for falling short in another. It sets a high bar for what responsible businesses should be accountable for.

To certify, you have to meet the standard across all seven. We did.

Why get recertified?

Because we shouldn’t get to grade our own homework.

The first time we certified, B Corp gave us an independent look at our business. It showed us what we were doing well, where we were falling short, and where we needed to do better.

Recertification means coming back with three more years of progress behind us and putting it all on the table again.

New standards.
Checking what changed.
Celebrating improvements.
Finding the gaps.
And getting back to work.

That’s why doing it again matters. The first certification gave us a benchmark.
The second holds us accountable to what came next.
Because the point is to Do Better.

More about B Corp

B Lab is a nonprofit organization transforming the economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet. The ‘B’ in B Corp and B Lab stands for ‘Benefit’. It began in 2006 with the idea that a different kind of economy was not only possible, but also necessary – and that business could lead the way towards a new, stakeholder-driven model.
B Lab certifies B Corporations, which are companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

B Lab Nordics – now under the management of B Lab Europe – was founded in 2015 and currently oversees the growth of the movement in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland. We mobilize the community in the Nordics toward driving collective actions that address the grand challenges of society and in collaboration with other B Lab partners, we create standards, policies, tools, and programs that spark changes in the culture, behavior, and structure of our capitalistic system.

Together, we are shifting our capitalistic system from profiting only the few to benefiting all, from concentrating wealth and power to ensuring equity, from extraction to regeneration, and from prioritizing individualism to embracing interdependence.
