Introducing Repairs, the Newest Addition to the Lost & Found Program
Following the broader launch of Lost & Found in August, ‘Repairs’ marks the latest addition to the program, an extension of our ongoing commitment to responsible manufacturing and reducing our impact on the planet. Our repair service gives your favorite travel companion a second chance. Because we believe durability should come with support.
Repairs are a core part of our Lost & Found initiative, joining Trade-In and Resale in the latest evolution. By extending the life of each product, we reduce the demand for new materials, cut down on emissions, and keep perfectly good gear out of landfills. It’s not just a service; it’s a mindset that closely aligns with our core beliefs. One that values care, longevity, and responsibility.
Every Db bag, accessory, and piece of luggage is built with the utmost durability in mind. But bumps, scuffs, bruises, tears, and damage do occur along the way, telling the story of your well-traveled gear. While we take every step to mitigate this using high-quality materials and hardware, it happens. But with the launch of Repairs, we will work with you to keep your bag in action.
A broken zipper, a tear in the fabric, or a worn-out wheel shouldn’t spell the end of your mission. Send it to us: we’ll assess it, fix it, restore it, then get it back to you for the next trip.
Our ‘Repairs’ service will launch on https://dbjourney.com/pages/repairs on the 28th of October in Norway and the EU. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, North America, and Canada will come later.
