Our employees elect one of their own to the Board of Directors, with the mandate renewed every two years. When we're deciding something that changes how people work here, that voice is in the room rather than in a survey afterwards.

What isn't working. 

Ownership of the ESG work is still concentrated in one small team rather than spread across the business, and that's slowing us down. Making sustainability part of everyone's job is active work, not a solved problem.
