Proud to Carry the Flag. To every game, in every locker room, the Norwegian people will be with the team all the way.

For the first time in 28 years, Norway's men's national team is returning to football's biggest stage.

But this journey belongs to more than the 26 players selected to represent the country. It belongs to the generations of supporters who have waited, hoped and believed. To those who remember 1998, and to those who have never experienced Norway at a World Cup at all.

To mark this moment, Db partnered with the Norwegian Football Federation to create a simple but powerful symbol of national support. Thousands of fans from across Norway gathered at the game Norway vs. Sweden to sign the national flag and leave messages for the team ahead of the tournament.

That flag now travels with the squad to the World Cup.

Because while only 26 players step onto the pitch, an entire country travels with them.

What is Proud to Carry the Flag?

It starts with a simple belief: no team travels alone.

When Norway's men's national team returns to the World Cup for the first time since 1998, they do so carrying more than a squad of players. They carry the hopes, memories and support of an entire country.

Proud to Carry the Flag turns that idea into something physical. One fan-signed Norwegian flag travels with the team inside a customised Ramverk Alu™ suitcase throughout the tournament.

Why does this matter now?

Norway has not appeared at a World Cup since 1998.

For almost three decades, an entire generation has never seen their national team compete on football's biggest stage. This return is more than qualification. It is a shared moment across time, memory and expectation.

What did supporters contribute?

Thousands of supporters left their mark on a single Norwegian flag, creating a shared symbol of encouragement, belief and national pride.

Where does the flag travel?

The flag accompanies the national team throughout the World Cup.

It moves with the squad from departure to arrival, through airports, training grounds, team hotels and locker rooms, remaining close to the team throughout the journey.

Why a suitcase?

Because football is not only played on the pitch. It is carried through airports, hotels, corridors and locker rooms. These are the spaces where tournaments actually happen.By placing the flag inside the same Ramverk Alu™ suitcase used by the players, national support becomes part of the physical journey.
