Db Pro Program Terms & Conditions

These Pro Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Db Pro Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms, in addition to Db’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
The Program is intended for qualified professionals, creators, guides, athletes, industry professionals, and other individuals approved by Db at its sole discretion.
Members must meet and maintain the Program's eligibility requirements throughout their membership.
Db reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
2. Verification
Applicants may be required to provide information or documentation to verify their eligibility for the Program.
Db may request additional information during the application process or at any time during membership.
Failure to provide requested verification information may result in an application being declined, membership being suspended, or membership being terminated.
3. Personal Use Only
Benefits provided through the Program are intended solely for the approved member’s personal use.
Program benefits, including discounted pricing, promotional offers, early access opportunities, or other member benefits, may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or used on behalf of any other individual, business, or organization.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any Program-related access.
4. Resale Restrictions
Products purchased through the Program may not be purchased for resale, commercial distribution, promotional giveaways, or any other commercial purpose.
Db reserves the right to investigate suspected resale activity.
Evidence of resale, bulk purchasing, or misuse of Program benefits may result in immediate termination of membership and cancellation of pending orders.
5. Product Eligibility
Db reserves the right to exclude certain products or collections from Program benefits and discounts.
6. Membership Term and Renewal
Membership is valid for one year from the date of approval unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms.
To remain in the Program, members may be required to complete a renewal or re-verification process at the end of each membership term.
Failure to complete the renewal process or provide requested verification information may result in membership expiration.
Approval of renewal requests remains at Db’s sole discretion.
7. Suspension and Termination
Db may suspend or terminate Program membership at any time if a member:
• Provides false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• No longer meets Program eligibility requirements.
• Violates these Terms or Db’s general Terms & Conditions.
• Shares, transfers, or misuses Program benefits.
• Purchases products for resale or commercial purposes.
• Engages in conduct that Db reasonably believes may harm the Program, the brand, or other members.
Upon termination, all Program benefits and access will be revoked immediately.
8. Program Communications
By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to receive communications related to your Pro Program membership, including application updates, verification requests, renewal reminders, program updates, information about Program benefits, and other administrative communications from Db. These communications are necessary for the administration of the Program and are separate from marketing communications.
9. Changes to the Program
Db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, its benefits, eligibility requirements, or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
